★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o estabelecimento e orcei uma bancada de mármore com pia esculpida para o banheiro de casa, o produto chegou em minha residência e até ai sem grandes problemas, o acordado seria que a instalação era por minha conta, não foi assinado nenhum contrato, o serviço foi acordado em uma folha feita de próprio punho do proprietário em um folha sulfite. A pia foi instalada pelo pedreiro e deixada 2 semanas sem utilização para cura. ao utilizarmos a pia no final do período de cura constatamos que havia diversos pontos de vazamento, foi quando o fundo da pia veio ao chão quebrando, ao irmos questionar o proprietário da marmoraria referente ao dano, além de nos tratar de forma grosseira alegou o mesmo que não era problema dele, com educação e calmamente conseguimos que ele verificasse o fato e viu-se que não havia indícios e nem probabilidade de que o erro houvesse partido de nos mesmo uma vez que o fundo foi totalmente descolado do restante da pia, enfim ele resolveu refazer o serviço... ao longo de duas semanas de incansável espera e cobranças ele mesmo veio e arrumo, porem ao final de tempo de cura, novamente visualizamos o vazamento entramos em contato e o mesmo nem sequer nos responde. Concluímos que o Sr. Proprietário oferece um serviço mediano que carece de mudanças para melhor atender as expectativas dos clientes.

The sink was installed by the mason and left unused for 2 weeks to cure. when we used the sink at the end of the healing period we found that there were several points of leakage, it was when the bottom of the sink came to the ground breaking, when we go to question the owner of the marble factory regarding the damage, in addition to treating us roughly the same that it was no problem of him, with education and we calmly got him to verify the fact and it was seen that there were no indications and no probability that the mistake would have left us since the bottom was totally detached from the rest of the sink, he decided to redo the service ... over two weeks of unrelenting waiting and charges he came himself and arranged, but at the end of healing time, again we see the leak we come in contact with and he does not even respond. We conclude that Mr. Owner offers a median service that needs changes to better meet customers' expectations.
