A falta de transparência, resultou no 7 telefonema, 4 vezes alteração na data da entrega. Caso a empresa esteja fechando, ou acontecendo algo seria mais fácil avisar antecipadamente.
Request made 45 days ago, no return delivery, no customer information totally unprepared and amateur treatment. The lack of transparency resulted in the 7 phone call, 4 times change in the delivery date. If the company is closing, or something is happening, it would be easier to warn in advance.
