A pessoa que atendeu já não teve mais o mesmo interesse em fazer a troca, passou p outra. Perguntei sobre valores, pq cada peça é um valor. A "boa" vontade em responder foi tão grande que desisti e apenas saí da loja.
Consegui trocar mas senti que ficamos no prejuízo. Fora que as duas funcionarias falavam baixinho sobre nós. Me senti desconfortável.
I did some shopping with my husband. When I got home everything was changed. We had to come back the next day to change. The person who answered the call no longer had the same interest in making the exchange, he moved on to someone else. I asked about values, because each piece is a value. The "good" willingness to respond was so great that I gave up and just left the store.
I managed to change but felt that we were at a loss. Besides, the two employees talked quietly about us. I felt uncomfortable.
