A massa é perfeita, e isso se percebe pelas bordas em que há uma casquinha crocante por fora, e por dentro a massa é molhadinha, não dando aquela sensação seca. Fica uma experiência incrível na boca! Quanto ao recheio, nota-se que os ingredientes são de qualidade. Isso fica ainda mais claro nas pizzas doces, em que é nítido que a massa foi coberta por um chocolate de muito boa qualidade. Provei Marguerita com pesto, Portuguesa e de chocolate: são pizzas premium a um preço muito acessível. Com certeza repetirei a experiência para provar outros sabores!
Yesterday I had the pleasure of trying Artezzana's pizzas and I was surprised with such quality. The dough is perfect, and this can be seen by the edges where there is a crispy crust on the outside, and the dough inside is moist, not giving that dry feeling. It's an amazing experience in the mouth! As for the filling, note that the ingredients are of good quality. This is even clearer in sweet pizzas, where it is clear that the dough has been covered in very good quality chocolate. I tried Marguerita with pesto, Portuguese and chocolate: they are premium pizzas at a very affordable price. I will definitely repeat the experience to try other flavors!
