Houve um contratempo de comunicação referente a outra demanda, que acabou não sendo respondida, mas a empresa nos procurou e nos deu uma explicação convincente, que soou como verdade para nós, por isto alteramos nossa avaliação para sermos justos. Não foi 5 estrelas por ter nos deixado sem resposta, mas também não será uma estrela pois a justificativa apresentada foi coerente.
 Great technical quality. There was a communication mishap regarding another demand, which ended up not being answered, but the company came to us and gave us a convincing explanation, which sounded true to us, so we changed our assessment to be fair. It was not 5 stars because it left us unanswered, but neither will it be a star because the justification presented was consistent.

No dia seguinte estava aqui para tirar as medidas, me deu várias sugestões. No fim acabei mudando a cor da fachada e fiz mais uma bandeirinha. Ele fez vários layouts para eu escolher qual a melhor cor da placa. No dia da instalação, os meninos foram muito simpáticos, não tive nenhum problema. Até mudaram a posição da minha câmera. Recomendo muito o trabalho da empresa. Além de ter um atendimento excelente, entregam no prazo e as placas são bonitas.

The next day I was here to take the measurements, gave me several suggestions. In the end I changed the color of the façade and made another little flag. He made several layouts for me to choose the best color on the board. On the day of installation, the boys were very nice, I had no problem. They even changed the position of my camera. I highly recommend the company's work. In addition to having an excellent service, they deliver on time and the plates are beautiful.
