★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horroroso por parte do dr. Fábio. Nem olhou na minha cara, fez a consulta conversando com outras pessoas no Skype, pediu mil exames e, por não ter nem prestado atenção no que falei, teimou que eu tinha que fazer exames nos ombros, sendo que eu tenho dor na lombar. Fiz o raio x na sala que todos comentam: péssimo atendimento, portas-abertas, pessoas te olhando e você tentando se trocar. Na volta para o consultório, nenhum diagnóstico, nenhuma explicação sobre os 10 mil raio-xs solicitados. Comecei a fazer perguntas e o "médico", muito estupidamente, disse que ia me passar um remédio para eu parar de reclamar, sendo que eu fui procurá-lo justamente para parar de tomar remédios para dor. Fora que todas as instalações são velhas e mal cuidadas. Péssima experiência, jamais voltarei nessa espelunca .

He didn't even look me in the face, made the appointment talking to other people on Skype, asked for a thousand tests and, because he didn't even pay attention to what I said, he insisted that I had to do tests on my shoulders, since I have pain in my lower back. I did the x-ray in the room that everyone comments: terrible service, open doors, people looking at you and you trying to change. On the way back to the office, no diagnosis, no explanation of the 10,000 X-rays requested. I started asking questions and the "doctor", very stupidly, said he was going to give me some medicine to stop complaining, and I went to look for him precisely to stop taking pain medication. Besides that all the facilities are old and poorly maintained. Bad experience, I will never go back in this joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 21/07/2021 eu tinha agendado uma sessão de fisioterapia às 16:00, cheguei 10 minutos antes porém já havia notado a desorganização do local e apenas uma fisioterapeuta para atender os pacientes, e permaneci aguardando 40 minutos e vendo 3 pessoa que haviam chegado depois de mim ser atendidas antes, e as 16:30 informei que eu ia embora devido a bagunça no atendimento.
Today, 07/21/2021 I had scheduled a physiotherapy session at 4:00 pm, I arrived 10 minutes earlier but I had already noticed the disorganization of the place and there was only one physiotherapist to attend to the patients, and I remained waiting 40 minutes and seeing 3 people who they had arrived after I had been attended to before, and at 4:30 pm I informed them that I was leaving due to a mess in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora para ser chamado e realizar meu raio-x, apesar da clínica estar vazia. A infraestrutura deixa a desejar, equipamentos antigos e alguns com algumas gambiarras (como uma régua de madeira colada na cama de raio-x). Não entregaram o resultado do meu exame com laudo, ou seja, só perdi tempo, pois precisei de uma nova solicitação e fazer tudo novamente em outra clínica.
It takes time to be called and perform my x-ray, even though the clinic is empty. The infrastructure leaves something to be desired, old equipment and some with some gambiarras (like a wooden ruler glued to the x-ray bed). They did not deliver the result of my exam with a report, that is, I just wasted time, because I needed a new request and to do everything again in another clinic.

O medico não presta atenção no que falamos, ficou olhando para o computador o tempo inteiro, quando comecei a explicar ele começou a bocejar, tanto que perguntei se ele estava contento espirro. Fez um procedimento padrão, raio X e receitou um adesivo + fisioterapia. O diagnóstico só fiquei sabendo após uma reclamação por e-mail. Questionei a opinião medica na primeira sessão com o fisioterapeuta, sai de lá com dores. Passei duas semanas em sofrimento até estar bem para voltar, no dia agendado houve um imprevisto e tentei remarcar, foi quando soube que iria dar viagem perdida pois tem que ir 3 vezes na semana e isso porque eu já havia avisado. Atendentes mal respondem os questionamentos e me ignoraram completamente. Não recomendo este lugar para ninguém!

She underwent a standard procedure, X-ray and prescribed a patch + physiotherapy. I only learned about the diagnosis after an e-mail complaint. I questioned the medical opinion in the first session with the physiotherapist, I left there with pain. I spent two weeks in suffering until I was fine to return, on the scheduled day there was an unforeseen event and I tried to reschedule, that's when I knew I was going to miss the trip because I have to go 3 times a week and that's because I had already warned. Attendants barely answer questions and completely ignored me. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Fábio foi o médico mais desengajado que já me atendeu na vida. Não olha na cara do paciente, atende em 3 minutos, sequer se recorda da sua cara no retorno, joga pra fisioterapia (da própria clínica), não avalia o que causou a lesão, não aconselha, não explica nada, não se importa. Cumpre função meramente burocrática. É um atravessador que se põe entre paciente, laudo da ressonância, e fisioterapeuta. Ainda assim, certamente fatura mais de 50 mil reais por mês.
Dr Fábio was the most disengaged doctor who has ever seen me in my life. Doesn't look at the patient's face, attends in 3 minutes, doesn't even remember his face on return, throws it to physiotherapy (from the clinic itself), doesn't evaluate what caused the injury, doesn't advise, doesn't explain anything, doesn't care. It fulfills a purely bureaucratic function. He is a middleman who puts himself between the patient, the MRI report, and the physiotherapist. Still, it certainly earns more than 50 thousand reais a month.
