Gosto de prestigiar o serviço da minha Cidade, porem em 2 chamados que fiz com a Artica levou 2 dias para verificarem se tinham a peça para depois passar o orçamento, o Watts app não funciona, levam em torno de 3 horas para responder
Unfortunately, it takes a long time for service
I like to honor the service in my City, but in 2 calls I made with Artica, it took 2 days to check if they had the part and then pass the budget, the Watts app doesn't work, they take around 3 hours to answer
