★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 4 estrelas pq a loja em questão de variedade é fantástica, tem de tudo um pouco. Melhor loja que achei no centro de Maceió para comprar cabelo e fibra orgânica ou sintética. Agora o atendimento pra mim tem duas faces... Na porta deixa a desejar, as atendentes são realmente "atendentes" e não vendedoras... Te seguem pela loja mas não ajudam e não sabem informar sobre os produtos. Outra fica na entrada com cara fechada, nem dá vontade de entrar... Só vou pq como disse é a melhor loja em questão de variedade e acho tudo que preciso lá. Entretanto lá dentro no caixa o atendimento é totalmente diferente, pq tem um casal extremamente simpático, te recebe sorrindo, oferece outros artigos, super calorosos... A diferença é gritante. Até alguém chegar no caixa e descobrir isso já desistiu da compra. Deveriam investir em funcionárias mais simpáticas e a loja seria perfeita. Mesmo assim recomendo.
I'll give it 4 stars because the store in terms of variety is fantastic, it has a little of everything. Best store I found in downtown Maceio to buy hair and organic or synthetic fiber. Now the service for me has two sides... At the door it leaves something to be desired, the attendants are really "attendants" and not salespeople... They follow you around the store but they don't help and don't know how to inform about the products. Another one is at the entrance with a frown, I don't even feel like going in... I'm just going because, as I said, it's the best store in terms of variety and I find everything I need there. However, inside the cashier, the service is totally different, because there is an extremely friendly couple, they receive you smiling, offer other items, super warm... The difference is striking. Until someone arrives at the checkout and finds out about it, they have already given up on the purchase. They should invest in friendlier employees and the store would be perfect. I still recommend it.

Environment with great energy. My girlfriend and I always buy our esoteric little things there, partly for the atmosphere and price and partly for the cats that live sleeping around the store :3
