★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, hoje são dia 29, e estou tentando fazer cotação via WhatsApp desdo dia 24, não obtive resposta, tive que vir na loja para ser atendido, o do balcão disse que todo tipo de material que pedi não tinha , que talvez encontrasse na oplima , e verdade encontrei. O outro que estava no corredor das prateleiras nem se quer me deu bom dia, estava com uma cara amarrada, pelo amor de Deus, um bom atendimento em um estabelecimento é primordial , ele que diferenciam quais são as boas lojas da que não são. E para mim nota zero é a para a ARTluz. Falta treinamento para os colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lojas com Excelentes produtos, altíssima qualidade, atendimento muito bom, entretanto, a Loja não faz trocas, veja bem, em pleno 2021, uma loja que NÃO FAZ TROCAS. Por isso, não comprem na Artluz, ou se forem comprar tenham plena certeza do que estão comprando. No meu caso, quis trocar apenas a potência das lâmpadas, e não aceitaram. Nunca mais piso meus pés nessa loja.
