Eu também trabalho diretamente com o público e sei que algumas vezes algumas coisas podem dar errado e etc e isso é compreensível.
Mas ser atendido por um atendente irônico me desagradou bastante, conheço o local há bastante tempo e sempre fui bem atendido por parte dos outros funcionários!
Poor service last night by one of the attendants
I also work directly with the audience and I know that sometimes things can go wrong etc and that's understandable.
But being attended by an ironic attendant displeased me a lot, I know the place for a long time and I was always well attended by the other employees!
