â â â â â OlĂĄ amigos meu nome e Fernanda Brasil, e contratei o serviço da Artt decor para fazer rebaixamento dende gesso minha casa e tambĂ©m de sancas .. Na hora de feixar o serviço foi muito atencioso o proprietĂĄrio (Fabricio Freire ). E o funcionĂĄrio que veio executar o obra foi bem cuidadoso.. porĂ©m começou a dor de cabeça algumas poucas semanas apĂłs o fim do serviço.. começou a cair do teto as sancas do banheiro.. correndo o risco de acidente e maiores prejuĂzos.. mandei vĂĄrias mensagens pra ele .. vĂdeos etc . E quase implorei para ele vim arrumar o que caiu e garantir que nĂŁo iria cair mais . .. pois tenho crianças em casa.. mas infelizmente estou atĂ© hoje aguardando.. NĂŁo recomendo o serviço em hipotese alguma .. pois e uma destas empresas que apĂłs receber o serviço nĂŁo tem consideração pelo cliente ! Resumindo estou com o teto do meu banheiro horrivel e provavelmente vou ter que contratr uma nova empresa e pagar novamente pelo serviço ! Triste o descaso com o cliente .

I sent him several messages .. videos etc. And I almost begged him to come and fix what fell and make sure it wouldn't fall anymore. ... because I have children at home ... but unfortunately I am still waiting ... I do not recommend the service under any circumstances ... because it is one of these companies that after receiving the service has no consideration for the customer! In short, I have a horrible bathroom ceiling and I will probably have to hire a new company and pay for the service again! Sad disregard for the customer.

â â â â â Pessoal, gostaria de deixar a minha indignação com o proprietĂĄrio FabrĂcio Freire, no momento da contratação e durante o serviço, o FabrĂcio foi super atencioso e prestativo, porĂ©m ao tĂ©rmino do serviço, o teto rebaixado de gesso, começou a ficar manchado de amarelo devido ao pĂ©ssimo profissional de pintura que foi colocado pelo FabrĂcio. Liguei e mandei msgs inĂșmeras vezes e nada do FabrĂcio responder, Ă© quando respondia inventava um monte de desculpa. Enfim, fiquei no prejuĂzo Ă© vou ter que contratar outra pessoa para refazer o serviço mal feito por essa empresa. Lembrando que tudo que foi combinado eu cumpri, todos os pagamentos, ao todo quase 8000, para ficar mal feito. NĂO RECOMENDO, LOBO EM PELE DE CORDEIRO.
