Nunca mais voltarei à essa loja! Em Mar/20 eu comprei um vestido de madrinha para uma festa que aconteceria em Abril/20 porém como todos sabem nós tivemos a pandemia, que ocasionou em Lock down e como a maioria dos casamentos, esse também acabou sendo o adiado. Neste ano, com a liberação das cerimônias, após mais de um ano, o casamento foi remarcado para Set/21, nesse período eu engravidei e o vestido não mais me serve, esperei o início desse mês para retornar à loja e verificar se podia ser feita uma troca por outro modelo, estando disposta até mesmo a perder parte do valor pago no modelo anterior, pois preciso de um vestido que me sirva confortavelmente, e hoje 08/09/21 fui à loja e expliquei a situação à duas funcionárias que me atenderam muito mal e fizeram pouquíssimo caso da minha situação, por duas vezes pedi para falar com o gerente, porém houve a negativa com a justificativa de que sabiam que ele não ia autorizar a troca mesmo a mercadoria estando com etiqueta, sem reparos e em perfeitas condições. A minha indignação é pela falta de empatia de respeito com o cliente, e por terem se recusado a chamar a gerência, pois se a pessoa responsável me dissesse pessoalmente que não seria possível eu entenderia e até mesmo poderia escolher outro modelo da loja, mas destrataram uma possível cliente como se eu tivesse culpa pelo adiamento da cerimônia. Comprei meu novo vestido em outro loja onde fui muito bem atendida, agora tentarei vender esse vestido antigo pra não sair 100% no prejuízo. Parabéns às funcionárias da Arusha pela empatia e péssimo atendimento ao cliente ??????

My indignation is due to the lack of respectful empathy with the customer, and for having refused to call the management, because if the responsible person told me personally that it would not be possible, I would understand and even could choose another model from the store, but they were abusive a potential client as if I was to blame for the postponement of the ceremony. I bought my new dress at another store where I was very well serviced, now I will try to sell this old dress so I don't lose 100%. Congratulations to Arusha employees for their empathy and poor customer service ??????
