Simplesmente não responderam mais. Quando respondem, não terminam o atendimento. Chance dada, chance perdida, infelizmente vou procurar outro local.

They just didn't respond anymore. When they answer, they don't finish the call. Chance given, chance lost, unfortunately I'll look elsewhere.
