★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guico was an excellent instructor! MUST ask for him ! Was very informative and helped relax any nerves I had before the flight. The flight was smooth and cloudy days are great because the sun doesn't burn your skin!
Had a prior negative experience with Edison, a 55 year old some instructor who took off on a flight with my friend and left me on the mountain waiting for mine alone. He was rushing us and not communicating clearly. He was the worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. I have done Hang gliding with Assad (Great Guy). He was very helpful and courteous with a professional experience since 1981. Just leave a msg on what's app and he will get back to you. A day before the Hang gliding, he discussed about the weather conditions of the jump day and advised me to change it to other day with better wind conditions. Since every pilot is only authorized to do a maximum of 4 jumps per day, he took his time and made sure to explain everything before the jump. And besides Hang gliding if anyone needs any beach recommendations, he is the guy to ask. He recommended at least 5-6 places to visit near Rio which made our trip unforgettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assad is a really lovely instructor with so much experience, it makes you feel safe and calm at all times. It was quite busy and at times caothic on the ramp with so many people queuing to take off as it was Carnival weekend. There is also lots of bureaucracy that pilots need to comply with for safety but the minor glitch can disrupt the whole flight, the system should probably be made smoother for both pilots and students in case an error is made while filling the pre-flight forms. However as soon as we took off it was just magic, all the nerves magically disappeared. Thanks Assad for the great experience I will never forget it!

First of all, he's so lovely and genuine
He gave me an honest comment about the
weather and time for jumping.
The hang gliding experience was so good, and
I didn't scare because he's so expert.
He bought me a caipirinha for free after we
landed and dropped me off in one of the
famous Favela.
I would jump again with him for sure ?
