★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude. As an American this place made me embarrassed. My wife went here and several people were extrodinarily rude. As representatives of, and being paid by, the United States, they should at least show respect to the people who pay money just to get photos and finger prints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To apply for a USA visa in Sao Paulo you will have to visit here before your interview at the consulate. 2 differen locations not very handy but it is what it is. Surprisingly for Brazil it is very well organized. Ok it is for an USA visa but it is run by Brazilians. I have never seen Brazilians wait in line that patient so there is still hope that one day they will have the same sense in any other line in Brazil and wait patiently for their turn...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In and out really quickly. The staff was nice and attentive, no issues whatsoever. I arrived half an hour before my scheduled appointment and the kind lady at the door allowed me in. Social distancing was enforced, and there were only two cabins of staff working with the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go in 2 different days to pick up my passport and family's. That did not make sense whatsoever but what made it worst today is the rudeness of the attendant who asked me and my wife to go back downstairs since I was 15 minutes early to pick up passports. ABSURD! I was scheduled for 930 am and arrived in front of window at 9:15. she was very rude and mean as she could have asked us to get back in line which would have been really bad but trying to send me back downstairs was dumb. Needless to mention that when we arrived I had my ID in my wallet so took it out and handed it to her. She came out of her desk without an excuse me or one moment or anything to shout at the crowd asking them to get their IDs and documents out. Possibly, she was angry because I made her waste 3 seconds getting my ID out (so she wasted more time coming out) and she did not even consider the language gap as PT is my 6th language and she did not speak EN. Her childish behavior may have led her to send me back as a revenge. I did not leave, instead I went and spoke to a Supervisor to make a complain. In the meantime, asked my wife to stay in line and by the time it was our turn we reached 9:31 am. Back to the sup, was understanding and smiley and went back to speak to the agent, not sure what she said to her but she tried. I told the sup, I was expecting better treatment as a paying customer and I am confident if I was Brazilian she would not have treated me that way because I would have been able to communicate in PT language 100 times better. Worth , mentioning, when I picked up my daughter's passport on Sunday, I was 30-45 minutes early but no issue then. Zero Star review but the sup made it go up to one (even though I know you cannot rate lower than one star)
