★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu solicitei orçamento falando que precisava que embalassem na origem e desembalassem no destino, por isso achei que fossem embalar organizadamente para poder colocar as coisas no lugar correto no destino, mas misturaram TUDO e não desembalaram NADA no destino. Trouxeram alguns itens soltos (como pastas com documentos) no caminhão, sem NENHUMA EMBALAGEM, e por isso sujaram. Usaram caixas sujas, algumas com mofo. Não levaram caixas suficientes e por isso minhas roupas foram misturadas e desdobradas. Colocaram uma lixeira e uma forma de bolo na mesma sacola. Pedi para colocarem minhas bolsas em um caixa pra não amassarem e aí colocaram na caixa mas com um monte de cabide em cima e amassou do mesmo jeito. Pegaram minhas roupas com as mãos sujas. Colocaram calçados e tapetes limpos em uma sacola onde eu guardava objetos de jardinagem sujos que continha terra e arames. Os arames arranharam meu calçado. Uma luminária não foi protegida, apenas colocada em uma caixa com outros objetos e quebrou. Todos os meus sapatos foram jogados dentro de uma caixa um em cima do outro sem nenhum cuidado ou embalagem individual.
Eu fui extremamente cuidadosa de filmar tudo que iria levar na mudança, abrindo todos os armários pra mostrar o conteúdo, mas no dia da mudança não levaram caixas suficientes.
Recomendo o transporte mas não o serviço de embalagem.
I asked for a quote saying that I needed to be packed at the origin and unpacked at the destination, so I thought they would pack it neatly to be able to put things in the correct place at the destination, but they mixed EVERYTHING and didn't unpack ANYTHING at the destination. They brought some loose items (such as folders with documents) in the truck, without ANY PACKAGE, and so they got dirty. They used dirty boxes, some with mold. Not enough boxes were taken, so my clothes were mixed and unfolded. They put a trash can and a cake tin in the same bag. I asked them to put my bags in a box so they wouldn't wrinkle and then they put them in the box but with a bunch of hangers on top and wrinkled them the same way. They took my clothes with dirty hands. They put clean shoes and rugs in a bag where I kept dirty gardening objects that contained dirt and wire. The wires scratched my shoes. A light fixture was not protected, just placed in a box with other objects and it broke. All my shoes were thrown into a box one on top of the other without any care or individual packaging.
I was extremely careful to film everything I would take with the move, opening all the lockers to show the contents, but on moving day they didn't take enough boxes.
I recommend shipping but not packing service.

Quebraram um boa parte dos meus móveis, foi muito mal embalado, quase não levaram caixas para embalar, não fizeram nenhum contrato, combinaram um preço e no final queriam cobrar a mais.
Fiquei muito chateada com a falta de cuidado e desorganização. Deixaram todos os meus eletrodomésticos pra trás e eu mesma que tive que terminar de levar. Isso tudo porque a mudança era de um quarteirão para o outro, imagina se fosse uma distância maior. Não indicaria o serviço pra ninguém.
Bad experience, I hired the complete moving service, with packing and transporting the furniture.
They broke a good part of my furniture, it was very poorly packed, they almost didn't take any boxes to pack, they didn't make any contracts, they agreed on a price and in the end they wanted to charge more.
I was very upset with the lack of care and disorganization. They left all my appliances behind and I had to finish taking them myself. This was all because the change was from one block to another, imagine if it was a longer distance. I would not recommend the service to anyone.
