- Competentes e educados, proporcionando um maior conforto ao cliente.
- Gostei bastante do atentimento, principal o realizado virtualmente. Falei com o funcionário Brenno e ele, pacientemente, enviava a lista de suplementos e os valores.
2. Produtos:
- Variedade em produtos e marcas, atendendo ao gosto específico de cada cliente.
3. Preços:
- A depender do produto e da marca, o preço é melhor do que em lojas convencionais de suplementos.
5. Sugestão:
- A loja poderia criar um site ou um menu dos suplementos organizados por categoria (proteína, hipercalórico, pré-treinos...), bem como colocar os valores.
