Consegui falar com eles com muito custo pelo telefone informado.
E por lá me foi passado o contato correto de email.
O atendimento foi bom, e a moça de cara informou que estava em andamento, estou começando a mudar minha opinião sobre a empresa, confesso que a primeiro momento estamesta deixou bem insatisfeita.
Agora vou aguardar para ver se meu problema será resolvido.

Estou até agora tentando fazer contato por telefone e até agora não consegui, por email estou há duas semanas aguardando uma resposta e até agora nada.
Estou até agora tentando entender como as pessoas escreveram aqui que o atendimento é bom se nenhum dos canais funcionam.
Estou profundamente irritada e estressada por uma notificação indevida que recebi no meu condomínio, quando entrei em contato com meu condomínio disseram-me que teria que resolver com vocês mas me parece um completo descaso conosco.
Não recomendo está empresa.?

So far I am trying to make contact by phone and so far I have not been able to, by email I have been waiting for an answer for two weeks and so far nothing.
I am trying to understand how people wrote here that the service is good if none of the channels work.
I am deeply irritated and stressed by an improper notification that I received in my condo, when I contacted my condo I was told that I would have to resolve it with you but it seems to me a complete disregard for us.
I don't recommend this company.?
