★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar quente , sem ventilador ou ar condicionado. Aglomeração . Não há copos descartáveis para pegar água nos bebedouros mesmo em meio a pandemia. Dizem ser agendado mais pode vir preparado pra aguardar mais de 2horas sem choro.
Warm place, no fan or air conditioning. Crowding . There are no disposable cups to get water from drinking fountains even in the middle of a pandemic. They say to be scheduled but you can come prepared to wait more than 2 hours without crying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível. Marcaram minha consulta para segunda as 08:00 e pediram pra chegar com 20 min de antecedência. Cheguei as 07:40 e o prédio só abria as 08. Após isso, entrei e fiquei esperando até as 10h mas a sala estava fechada. Um rapaz da sala ao lado me informou que só funcionam as terças e quintas, de 12:00 as 15:00.
Terrible experience. They made my appointment for Monday at 08:00 and asked to arrive 20 minutes in advance. I arrived at 7:40 am and the building only opened at 8 am. After that, I went in and waited until 10 am but the room was closed. A guy in the next room informed me that they only work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12:00 to 15:00.
