I sold my apartment through ASPE Imóveis with just a few days' notice. Attentive, professional, careful staff, do a different job. I was very happy with the service, from start to finish, I highly recommend the broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei e uma moça atenciosa me atendeu. Passadas duas horas, recebi a ligação de um terceiro, falando que havia sido designado a me encaminhar links dos apartamentos disponíveis. Disse que tinha urgência, pois o apartamento que morava já havia sido vendido, mas mesmo assim, após 24hs, não haviam me encaminhado nem um link sequer. Desqualificados, omissos. Não recomendo... 1 estrela pois é o mais próximo de 0.
I called and an attentive girl answered. After two hours, I received a call from a third party, saying that I had been assigned to forward links to the available apartments. He said he had urgency, because the apartment he lived in had already been sold, but even so, after 24 hours, they hadn't even sent me a link. Disqualified, omitted.
