No dia que aderir o plano o vendedor falou que meu cartão chegaria na empresa que trabalho, mas não chegou.
Fui na Aspeb e lá falaram que eu teria que pedir pelo app,as o app não funciona.
Pra vc marcar uma consulta vc tem que ligar várias vezes pra atenderem.
False advertising, they promise one thing but are actually another.
On the day I joined the plan, the salesperson said that my card would arrive at the company I work for, but it didn't.
I went to Aspeb and there they said I would have to ask for the app, but the app doesn't work.
For you to book an appointment you have to call several times to answer.
