★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só acho que os funcionários que ficam em caixas preferências ou empresa tem que instruir os funcionários a informar sobre os caixas. No meu caso era caixa empresa e tinha duas pessoas na fila e a caixa nada fez eu que tive que perguntar se os que estavam na minha frente era empresa. E ainda por cima eu saio como errada ainda por passar na frente é um estresse toda vez nesse caixa empresa. Só passa na frente compra normal se não houver empresa pois o caixa é preferencial ao mesmo. Então pra n ter estresse os funcionários tem que perguntar se é empresa caso contrário quem tá na fila errada vai ter q aguardar até às empresas passarem. E olha q eu estava com pouca mercadoria porém mais de 10 volumes. Espero que se resolva

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar uma compra no dia 09/05/2022 fiquei na fila das 20h30 as 21h30 para chegar na minha vez , a atendente me informar que o verocard estava sem sistema e ainda me disse que ele estava assim o dia todo mas que pararam de informar.
eu achei uma falta de organização e uma falta de respeito porque eu fiquei esperando por 1 hora para no final , não conseguir realizar a minha compra .
Em casos assim , vocês deviam ter um plano B para que não percam clientes .
Por isso foi uma falta de organização.

Sueli não sabia o que fazer, deixei meu carrinho na frente do atendimento aos clientes e fui embora. Faço as compras nesse horário porque entro às 08:00 no trabalho. Essa loja está decaindo e quem está afundando a loja são os funcionários, parte da culpa de quem não está sabendo administrar. Se eu sou o responsável, quem faltou demissão, novas contrações, fica que merece e precisa quem não dá valor ao trabalho rua. Quem engorda o boi é olho do dono, e ali o dono está cego. Não volto mais.
