★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai por meia hora para resolver um problema em casa e quando voltei algum funcionário apressadinho do Assaí de Taubaté guardou todos os meus produtos de volta.
Tive que começar a compra do zero e não tinha mais o salame da Pamplona, somente a copa.
Perdi mais meia hora de compras.

Ponto negativo é que toda vez que vou tem paletes com produtos nos corredores atrapalhando o fluxo de pessoas, poderia o empilhaderista baixa o que vai abastecer e já guarda o palete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar organizado, limpo. Banheiros limpos , bebedouro na área externa e no Hortifruti. Prefira ir em dias fora de datas de pagamento, pois é mais tranquilo e com menos filas. Em dias de pagamento é mais cheio e tem filas. Se precisar de algum item que faltar na prateleira será bem atendido. Colaboradores educados e atenciosos.
Organized, clean place. Clean bathrooms, drinking fountain in the outdoor area and in Hortifruti. Prefer to go on days outside of payment dates, as it is quieter and with fewer queues. On paydays it is more crowded and there are queues. If you need an item that is missing from the shelf, it will be well attended. Polite and attentive employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou ao Assaí com frequência e sempre foi tudo muito positivo. Bons preços, consideravelmente melhores que qualquer hipermercado de Taubaté. Sinto falta de algumas marcas mais Premium mas é uma coisa ou outra que você não vai encontrar. No geral, vale muito a pena e a economia feita compensa muito.
E uma dica: Todos esses hipermercados de Taubaté, todos, estão em franca expansão, abrem lojas pra todo lado e alguém tem que pagar por isso. Ter lucro não é errado. O errado são essas políticas de PREÇO enganosas, onde se coloca, dando exemplo, um Nescau barato e o litro de leite lá nas alturas. Isso é prática DIÁRIA EM TODOS ELES. Hiper A manda funcionário no Hiper B todo dia pra comparar preços e fingem que estão fazendo promoções. Nesses mercados, compre somente a promoção e NADA MAIS. Não sejam enganados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um espaço novo. Por isso, creio que tivesse a obrigação de ser mais organizado. Os preços não são menores na maioria dos itens, portanto a gente tem que ser inteligente na hora de comprar. A inflação gigante causada pelo desgoverno dos últimos 8 anos fez com que as pessoas perdessem a noção. Não se enganem, pesquisem os preços. Os caixas tem filas grandes mas não são demoradas.

Compramos há 5 meses nesse atacadista, produtos bons, e os preços tambem, mas para meu espanto, neste mês (07/02/2022), na hora de pagar, como sempre fizemos, pagamos parte com o cartão de Alimentação BIQ Benefícios, e o saldo restante em cartão de débito.
O caixa tentou de todas as formas receber o Cartão BIQ, mas dava a mensagem de que não estava habilitado ou cadastrado, chamou a fiscal dos caixas e a mesma falou que nunca aceitaram esse cartão........alem de mau informada, sem qualquer vontade de tentar resolver, pois falamos que compramos todos os meses lá e sempre pagamos dessa forma, e ela falou que seria impossível, pois nunca aceitaram esse cartão.
Nossa saída foi pagar com cartão de crédito, pois fazemos compra de mes, e já tínhamos passado quase 2 horas fazendo compras para depois não levar.
Gostaria de uma resposta do ASSAÍ, pois não vou arriscar novamente a passar por essa situação, onde sem qualquer iniciativa e boa vontade em resolver da fiscal de caixa.

Lack of capacity - Cashier inspector
We bought 5 months ago from this wholesaler, good products, and the prices too, but to my amazement, this month (02/07/2022), when paying, as we always did, we paid part with the BIQ Benefits Food card, and the remaining balance on your debit card.
The cashier tried in every way to receive the BIQ Card, but it gave the message that it was not enabled or registered, called the cashier's inspector and she said that they never accepted this card........ in addition to being misinformed , without any desire to try to solve it, because we say that we buy there every month and we always pay that way, and she said that it would be impossible, because they never accepted that card.
Our way out was to pay with a credit card, because we make monthly purchases, and we had already spent almost 2 hours shopping and then not taking them.
I would like an answer from ASSAÍ, because I will not risk going through this situation again, where without any initiative and goodwill to resolve the cash inspector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taubaté ganhou mais um atacarejo de peso , para concorrer com Makro , atacadão etc , quem ganha é o povo da região com a concorrência os preços baixam , para quem já frequentava , outras lojas do Assaí , mais uma com bom atendimento , preços mais justos , bem limpa e organizada a loja , vale a pena conhecer e comprar .
