★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei recentemente da cidade ...vim de outro estado .....onde residia.... os valores praticados pelo Assaí realmente compensavam .....porém em Jequié os valores são os mesmos dos supermercados locais .....e a variedade de marcas também deixa a desejar .....
I recently arrived from the city ... I came from another state ..... where I lived .... the values practiced by Assaí really paid off ..... but in Jequié the values are the same as those of the local supermarkets ..... and the variety of brands also leaves something to be desired .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O açaí é um dos melhores mercados dentro de Jequié a única coisa que tá deixando a desejar que os caixas ficam a maioria fechado E aí começa a aglomeração por causa das filas que fica muito grande!
Açaí is one of the best markets in Jequié, the only thing that is leaving something to be desired is that the cashiers are mostly closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja de Jequié não tem nenhum respeito pelos clientes preferenciais. Diariamente é observando o desrespeito dessa loja pela lei. Como também a inércia administrativa da loja em solucionar o problema. Fiz a reclamação no setor responsável, e tive como resposta de duas funcionárias que elas não poderiam tirar os clientes da fila porque as pessoas mentem.
Jequié's store has no respect for preferred customers. Daily is observing the disrespect of this store for the law. As well as the administrative inertia of the store in solving the problem. I made the complaint to the responsible department, and I got a response from two employees that they couldn't take customers out of the queue because people lie.

Porém, está pecando e muito na questão do atendimento nos guichês de atendimento preferencial, no dia 02 de fevereiro de 2022, estive fazendo compras, e deparei-me com uma fila enorme no referido guichê, dos quatros guichês disponíveis, só havia um atendendo. Os clientes ( todos preferenciais) estão com compras de grande quantidade de ítens.
Procurei a responsável pelo setor, que fez pouco caso, e só liberou mais um atendente depois de inúmeros pedidos da clientela. Acho, que não obstante a lei, deviam ter mais respeito e consideração aos clientes preferênciais. Talvez, um forte concorrente, ajude a resolver essa situação.
In general, I consider it good. However, there is a lot of sin in the matter of service at the preferential service counters, on February 2, 2022, I was shopping, and I came across a huge queue at that counter, of the four available counters, there was only one attending. Customers (all preferred) are purchasing large amounts of items.
I looked for the person responsible for the sector, who paid little attention, and only released one more attendant after numerous requests from the clientele. I think that despite the law, they should have more respect and consideration for their preferred customers. Perhaps a strong competitor will help resolve this situation.
