★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há muitos anos e sempre fui bem atendido. O "senão " é local para estacionar já que a região onde está localizada é muito ruim de vagas para e o estacionamento na frente tem dois ou tres espaços apenas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem telefone, pós venda péssima, execução do serviço pior que uma boca de porco, serviços de péssima mais péssima qualidade técnica, instalação horrível, dois anos de instalação as duas vezes que precisei usar tive que implorar para o técnico ir até a residencia para reparo do aquecedor.
They don’t answer the phone, terrible after-sales service, worse service than a pig mouth, terrible service with poor technical quality, horrible installation, two years of installation the two times I had to use it, I had to beg the technician to go to the residence to heater repair.

Faz mais de 3 meses que meu aquecedor tá lá e até hoje não me deram uma resposta concreta e sempre a mesma coisa ..... NAO CAIAM NESSA .... SO PRA UM ORÇAMENTO ESTOU MAIS DE 3 MESES .... NAO DA PRA DA ZERO ESTRELA SE NAO EU DAR?????

My heater has been there for over 3 months and until today they didn't give me a concrete answer and always the same thing ..... DON'T FIND IT .... ONLY FOR A BUDGET I AM MORE THAN 3 MONTHS .... Problemas acontecem, porém a empresa demonstrou muito profissionalismo e qualidade na resolução. Recomento à todos !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa foi fazer manutenção no sistema de aquecimento solar e o serviço não foi finalizado a contento, pois o técnico deixou de fazer alguns itens combinados e como um terceiro acompanhou, só vi depois. Meu esposo entrou em contato com a empresa e informamos tudo que faltava. A Empresa não ficou na defensiva e rapidamente agendou o retorno em meu sítio. Realizaram todo o trabalho com eficiência e cuidado. Tudo ficou perfeito.
The company went to do maintenance on the solar heating system and the service was not completed satisfactorily, as the technician failed to make some items agreed and as a third party followed up, I only saw it later. My husband contacted the company and we informed him of everything that was missing. The Company was not defensive and quickly scheduled the return at my site. They did all the work efficiently and carefully. Everything was perfect.
