★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei mensagem da primeira vez para marcar uma ultra e foi super rápido fiz até no mesmo dia,da segunda fui fazer uma pergunta sobre uns exames que eu tinha para marcar e ninguém me respondeu,agora tenho que fazer outra ultra e estou mandando mensagem tem um tempo e só visualizam e não respondem da até desânimo de ir fazer a consulta. A foto onde eles visualizam e não respondem .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um exame marcado as 08:00 cheguei 08:15 e não me atenderam nem informaram que teria 10 minutos de tolerância caso o contrário Não poderia fazer o exame no mesmo dia , mais até essa informação foi data com uma falta de humanização até mesmo da própria téc. Levando em consideração a falta de informação dos funcionários e um atendimento de mal qualidade , não recomendo pelos discaso com o cliente ....

Se eu posso chamar de atendimento não tem ninguém no laboratório não tem ninguém no caixa o registro que tinha aqui de outra consulta que eu fiz não acharam outro cadastro foi feito estou desde 12:40 esperando atendimento pra começar a pegar dados quando cheguei não tinha ngm nem no balcão de informações as meninas que estão no caixa estão sem máscara e mexendo no celular

If I can call for assistance, there is no one in the laboratory there is no one at the cashier the record I had here of another appointment I made they did not find another record was made I have been waiting for service since 12:40 to start collecting data when I arrived there was no one not even at the information desk are the girls at the cashier without a mask and using their cell phones

Ambiente limpo, aconchegante, com excelentes médicos, as atendentes são super educadas. Inclusive quero destacar o ótimo profissionalismo da atendente Bianca que me orientou e foi muito bem atenciosa.
Super recomendo.

Clean, cozy environment, with excellent doctors, the attendants are super polite. I also want to highlight the great professionalism of the attendant Bianca who guided me and was very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, marquei endoscopia com antecedência para as 10:00hs, o médico chegou às 10:30, já são 11:30 e eu ainda não fui atendida, sendo que estou desde ontem às 20:00 sem comer nada, falta de respeito, isso aqui é pago e está pior do que a UPA.
Terrible service, I scheduled an endoscopy in advance for 10:00 am, the doctor arrived at 10:30 am, it is already 11:30 am and I still have not been seen, since I have not eaten anything since yesterday at 8:00 pm, lack of respect, this here is paid and is worse than the UPA.

Péssimo médico não olha nem pra vc paguei pra ele olhar um simples exame de sangue e
eletro (exames de rotina) pedir receita de pressão
Conclusão ele nem olhou meus exames e nem me deu a receita q eu tanto precisava,
Unicamente q ele pediu foi mais exames q não tinha nada haver conclusão paguei 75,00 reais atoa zero como médico isto prq não posso cancelar ele
Ele fica na clínica são Francisco de Assis
Só querem dinheiro sem se importar com o paciente??????

Terrible doctor doesn't even look at you I paid him to look at a simple blood test and
electro (routine exams) ask for pressure prescription
Conclusion he didn't even look at my exams and didn't even give me the prescription I needed so much,
The only thing he asked for was more tests that there was nothing to conclude, I paid 75.00 reais for nothing as a doctor, this is why I can't cancel it
He stays at the San Francisco de Assis clinic
They just want money without caring about the patient ??????
