Tentaram consertar um purificador de água meu duas vezes (devolvi na suposta garantia do reparo feito pela empresa) o equipamento é entregue sem funcionar por mais do que 1 dia.
Atendimento terrível. Não recomendo de modo algum a empresa.
 High price of repairs.
They tried to repair a water purifier of mine twice (I returned it in the supposed guarantee of the repair done by the company) the equipment is delivered without working for more than 1 day.
Terrible service. I do not recommend the company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei como essa empresa ainda não foi a falência, atendimento telefônico não existe, esperei por 20min, os atendentes finalizarem um atendimento, o cliente que estava na minha frente perdeu a paciência e foi embora, resolvi ser paciente e esperar, demorou mais de 30 min para fazer um orçamento de 7 peças e uma lâmpada, sai quase 1 hr depois sem o orçamento e sem a lâmpada. Assistec sinônimo de incompetência e descaso com o cliente.
I don't know how this company was not bankrupt yet, there is no phone service, I waited for 20 minutes, the attendants finished a service, the customer in front of me lost patience and left, I decided to be patient and wait, it took more than 30 min to make a budget of 7 pieces and a lamp, it leaves almost 1 hr later without the budget and without the lamp. Assistec is synonymous with incompetence and neglect with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais super educados e super honestos. Acabo de voltar de lá com um eletrodoméstico que não precisou de manutenção, e o profissional foi muito paciente para explicar como proceder para funcionamento correto.
Super polite and super honest professionals. I just got back from there with an appliance that didn't need maintenance, and the professional was very patient in explaining how to proceed for correct operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento o técnico veio para verificar um problema na geladeira, em plena pandemia sem o mínimo de higiene, mãos sujas não tinha um álcool, ou pediu para lavar as mãos, mascara que parecia que não troca a meses, não colocou nada nos pês para entrar na residência. Abriu a geladeira falou que não era nada, dois minutos finalizou o chamado e ainda cobrou pela visita sem diagnostico nenhum.
Se precisarem se uma assistência técnica Brastemp corram desta empresa péssima.
Procurem direto outra e pesquisem mais.
Só coloquei uma estrela pois o portal pedi pois merece e menos 10 estrelas.
Poor service, the technician came to check a problem in the refrigerator, in the middle of a pandemic without the minimum of hygiene, dirty hands did not have an alcohol, or asked to wash hands, a mask that seemed to not change for months, did not put anything on the feet to enter the residence. He opened the refrigerator and said that it was nothing, two minutes ended the call and still charged for the visit without any diagnosis.
If they need a Brastemp technical assistance run this terrible company.
Look for another one and search more.
I only put one star because the portal asked for it deserves less 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA. A empresa desconhece o conceito de respeito para com o cliente. Não cumpriram o prazo estipulado para orçamento e não deram qualquer retorno por longo tempo. Foram inúmeras ligações que fiz buscando informações sobre meu aparelho até que um dia retornaram dizendo que fizeram orçamento e que eu precisava aprovar (o que fiz de imediato) e tão logo estivesse pronto informariam para retira, o que não aconteceu. Voltei a ligar e disseram q aguardando chegada das peças. Quase 3 meses depois do início de tudo me enviam mensagem whatsapp informando que não seria possível o reparo porque as peças necessárias não são mais de reposição no fabricante , o que não procede pois em contato com este fui informada que tem e então vou leva em outra assistência autorizada que respeite o cliente e principalmente faça valer o propósito para o qual está no mercado que deveria ser prestar serviço de qualidade.
TERRIBLE. The company is unaware of the concept of respect for the customer. They did not meet the deadline stipulated for the budget and did not give any feedback for a long time. There were numerous calls I made looking for information about my device until one day they returned saying that they had made a budget and that I needed to approve (which I did immediately) and as soon as it was ready they would inform me to remove it, which did not happen. I called again and they said waiting for parts to arrive. Almost 3 months after the start of everything they send me a whatsapp message informing me that the repair would not be possible because the necessary parts are no longer spare parts from the manufacturer, which is not the case because in contact with this one I was informed that they have it and then I will take it to another authorized assistance that respects the customer and, above all, enforces the purpose for which it is in the market, which should be to provide quality service.
