★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistencia tecnica que cuida da parte de telefone muito ruim, eu e minha namorada trocamos a tela do j7 pro e a camera ficou embaçada, o responsavel Fabio, disse que o serviço ficou bom que poderia confiar, no outro dia ao retirarmos a gorminha formos la e mostramos ao seu colega de trabalho, ele viu e pediu para esperar o fabio chegar, no meio tempo ainda na loja, fui limpar a tela, pois estava imunda de cola e o simples fato de passar o Dedo com a camisa, quebrou a tela proximo a camera, imediatamente mostrei ao colega dele e ele confirmou ao fabio quando ele chegou que a tela não chegou quebrada, mas o dr fabio não quis nem saber, perdi a paciente e pedir para somente limpar a camera como ele disse que faria, mas ele chegou com a camera da mesma forma, e disse que era a camera que era daquela forma, mostramos algumas fotos tiradas com ele e ele disse que não tinha como porque estava com filtro, mostramos fotos sem filtro tambem, de tao boa que era parecia que usava filtros kkkk deixamos pra la fomos ao procon e não teve acordo, disse que trocaria a camera, que custaria para ele 150 reais mas que faria isso, sendo que a camera somente está suja, pois ao esquentar a tela quebrada para amolecer a cola o ar quente condesa o ar proximo a camera, ja que a camera custaria 150 para ele fizemos uma contrapoposta de pegar outra tela e iamos pagar a diferença de 30 reais pois o mesmo alegou que a tela custa os absurdos de 180 reais kkk, ele não concordou disse que ja tinha a camera lá, sendo que quando formos fazer o orçamento ele disse que tinha estoque zero e exigiu o pagamento adiantado. Não teve acordo, estamos agora entrando com processo judicial pois ja temos diversas provas. Se vocês quiserem passar raiva e desgosto, vão nessa assistencia.
