★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu relógio para trocar pilha e após a troca o relógio foi entregue com a parte das datas e segundos sem mostrar no digital, reclamei e o teeeenico disse que o defeito já estava o que não era verdade o problema era somente pilha, e se propôs arrumar porem teria custo, não aceitei e paguei apenas a pilha, ao chegar em casa resolvi desmontar o relógio e para minha surpresa os 5 parafusos que fazem união das duas placas do relógio estavam folgadas, apertei os parafusos e todos os campos digitais voltaram funcionar. lamentável, perdeu um cliente, nunca mais.
I took my watch to change the battery and after the change the watch was delivered with the date and seconds part without showing it on the digital, I complained and teeeenico said the defect was already what was not true the problem was only battery, and proposed tidying up would have cost, I didn't accept it and only paid for the battery, when I got home I decided to disassemble the watch and to my surprise the 5 screws that join the two clock plates were loose, I tightened the screws and all the digital fields returned to work. regrettable, lost a customer, never again.
