 I asked for a vinyl exchange quote and wow a show. Qualified staff, the service girls give a show of knowledge. I closed the service and I was very well attended and my pool was beautiful !!!! I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um péssimo atendimento, demorou 2 semanas somente para obter um orçamento de manutenção, o cliente tem que correr atrás da loja para poder ter um respaldo pois a loja não entra em contato ou envia o orçamento como prometido no ato da entrega do motor.
Unfortunately a bad service, it took 2 weeks just to get a maintenance budget, the customer has to run after the store to be able to have a backup because the store does not contact or send the quote as promised at the time of delivery of the engine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui TÃO BEM atendida na minha vida. Meu piscineiro me deixou na mão, tirou a bomba da piscina e não voltou. Meus hóspedes chegaram e a água estava verde. A Ana da Assistec fez tudo o que pode. Enviou uma equipe com 4 técnicos e máquinas para a limpeza, não sendo possível a limpeza completa ela me sugeriu a instalação de nova bomba. Era sábado, já depois do horário de trabalho dela e da equipe. Mas mesmo assim, ela o Cícero e o Almir me atenderam com extremo profissionalismo. Deus tudo certo :) Obrigada!
I have never been so well taken care of in my life. My pool man let me down, took the pump out of the pool and didn't come back. My guests arrived and the water was green. Ana from Assistec did everything she could. She sent a team with 4 technicians and machines to clean it, and since it was not possible to completely clean it, she suggested the installation of a new pump. It was Saturday, after her and her team's work hours. But even so, she, Cícero and Almir attended to me with extreme professionalism. God all right :) Thank you!
