★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia que fui a loja fui bem atendida. Me deram um prazo pra execução do serviço e caso tivessem algum contratempo entrariam em contato. Passou o prazo e no dia seguinte com muita dificuldade consegui contato e só então me falaram que não seria possível a execução do serviço por falta de peça. Estranhei pois no dia que deixei já sabiam a peça que precisaria e falaram que arrumariam. Achei pouco profissional!
The day I went to the store I was well attended. They gave me a deadline to perform the service and if they had any setbacks they would contact me. The deadline passed and the next day with great difficulty I managed to get in touch and only then did they tell me that it would not be possible to perform the service due to lack of parts. I was surprised because the day I left they already knew the piece I would need and said they would fix it. I found it unprofessional!
