Ao ir numa loja a menos de 10 metros de distância fui avisada sobre e ao retorna na loja em seguida, foi alegado que a culpa era minha. O celular continua com o mesmo defeito e agora estão me cobrando um valor de cem reais para fazer o reparo da mesma peça.
 I put in a cell phone for repair, but didn't notice a small latch on the screen at the moment. By going to a store less than 10 meters away I was warned about and returning to the store then was alleged to be my fault. The phone is still with the same defect and now they are charging me a hundred reais to repair the same part.
