No dia 25 estive na assistência para trocar o vidro do Motorola fusion plus levando o vidro e o rapaz dessa assistência avaliou o serviço da troca do vidro em R$ 150,00 pediu que eu deixasse o aparelho e o vidro no dia de hoje 26/11/2020 as 9 h que até às 17 o serviço estaria pronto. Voltei na assistência as 17:15 e pra minha surpresa estava outro rapaz na loja que me informou que haviam me dado o preço do serviço errado e que por isso não mexeram no aparelho e que se eu quisesse fazer o serviço sairia por R$ 300,00. Um verdadeiro mau caratismo! Ou seja perdi um dia inteiro de serviço pois preciso do celular pra trabalhar e no final não me entregaram o serviço acertado pois queriam dobrar o valor do orçamento dado.
Ressalto que levarei o celular na assistência técnica da Motorola pra saber se não trocaram peças e se não abriram meu aparelho.
Não recomendo pra ninguém pois não cumprem o orçamento feito!
Bad experience. I came back in the service at 5:15 pm and to my surprise there was another guy at the store who informed me that they had given me the price for the wrong service and that for this reason they did not touch the device and that if I wanted to do the service it would cost R $ 300, 00. A real bad character! In other words, I lost a whole day of service because I need my cell phone to work and in the end they didn't deliver the right service because they wanted to double the amount of the budget given.
I emphasize that I will take the cell phone to Motorola technical assistance to find out if they have not exchanged parts and if they have not opened my device.
I do not recommend to anyone because they do not meet the budget made!
