E demora muito para resolver seu problema,esperei em ambos produtos que apresentou defeito no motor mas de 45 dias para receber meu produto de volta.

Me repassou a informação de que não trabalha com Philco, apesar da central de atendimento da marca dizer que sim, mas ele me repassou o local da nova empresa que agora está consertando os produtos da marca. Enfim, ambos são muito mal educados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para perguntar sobre o conserto o tempo, informar que o liquidificador era novo e como funcionava a garantia? De forma ríspida a pessoa que atendeu o telefone disse que não podia informar nada! Que só levando lá para saber do que se tratava.
Não levei tentei consertar em casa, já sei que o problema é de um parafuso do copo que não está mais rosqueando, prefiro comprar outro copo do que ir até a loja ser mal atendida, pagar, demorar um tempão e voltar lá.
Não indico a marca Mallory para ninguém, menos de 6 meses e o copo grudou na base do liquidificador.
I called to ask about the repair time, to let them know that the blender was new and how did the warranty work? The person who answered the phone bluntly said he couldn't say anything! That just taking it there to find out what it was about.
I didn't take it, I tried to fix it at home, I already know that the problem is a glass screw that is no longer screwing, I'd rather buy another glass than go to the store to be poorly attended, pay, take a long time and go back there.
I do not recommend the Mallory brand to anyone, less than 6 months and the glass stuck to the base of the blender.
