★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem por volta das 4 da manhã, cheguei nessa unidade com a minha filha tossindo a mais de 2 horas seguidas, a atendente mal olhou na minha cara e disse pra pega a senha, ainda fiquei 20 minutos esperando , nao tinha ninguém pra fazer a ficha, uma senhora mal educada e sem qualquer empatia ao próximo, esse lugar e horrível deveria ser fechado pelos órgão competentes. Me levantei e fui embora . Deveriam fechar esse hospital.
E nao é a primeira vez que sou mal atendida ai , com certeza nao colocarei meus pés nesse lixo de unidade.
 Yesterday at around 4 am, I arrived at this unit with my daughter coughing for more than 2 hours straight, the attendant barely looked me in the face and told me to get the password, I was still waiting for 20 minutes, there was no one to file the form. , a poorly educated lady with no empathy for others, this horrible place should be closed by the competent bodies. I got up and left. They should close this hospital.
And it's not the first time I've been underserved there, I certainly won't set foot in this unit's garbage.

Paguei R$ 418,00 na consulta da minha filha para o pediatra falar que ela estava com catarro. Ora! Mas isso a gente já sabia. Nem exame ele queria fazer.
Me desculpem, a experiência foi péssima!

Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital passa por reforma e mudanças, achei desorganizado pois cheguei, tinha cirurgia agendada cedo e não tinha leito disponível para internação. O hospital tb não oferece estacionamento o que é um gasto a mais. As instalações novas são boas, quartos novos com boa infraestrutura, tudo limpo, equipe de enfermagem e médica com bom atendimento.
The hospital is undergoing renovation and changes, I found it disorganized because I arrived, I had surgery scheduled early and there was no bed available for hospitalization. The hospital also does not offer parking which is an extra expense. The new facilities are good, new rooms with good infrastructure, everything clean, nursing and medical staff with good service.

Estive na unidade onde era o antigo AMIU e passou a se chamar NOTRE DRAME INTERMEDICA
péssimo atendimento, horas na unidade sem passar pela triagem, quando fui questionar fui informada que não havia triagem. Não tive atendimento, apenas uma enfermeira que escolhia crianças aleatoriamente, verificava a temperatura e orientava os pais a darem banhos. Crianças molhadas sobre um ar condicionado super gelado esperando há mais de 6 horas atendimento. Não indico e deixo aqui à todos que procurem outras unidades de atendimento pediátrico pois a minha primeira experiência neste hospital foi HORRÍVEL!

I was in the unit where the former AMIU was and was renamed NOTRE DRAME INTERMEDICA
bad service, hours in the unit without going through the screening, when I went to question I was informed that there was no screening. I had no care, just a nurse who chose children at random, checked the temperature and instructed the parents to bathe them. Wet children on a super cold air conditioner waiting for more than 6 hours for service. I do not recommend and leave it to everyone to look for other pediatric care units because my first experience in this hospital was HORRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, me surpreendi positivamente com o hospital, minha filha grávida recebeu um excelente atendimento e rapidamente foi internada pra ganhar o bebê. A equipe foi formidável e completamente solicita com o tratamento que ela precisou, correu tudo bem e agora a própria se encontra no quarto. Agradeco a equipe, por tudo, pois o parto foi realizado com urgência, e foram extremamente profissionais, recomendo a quem precisar.
Good night, I was positively surprised by the hospital, my pregnant daughter received excellent care and was quickly admitted to have the baby. The staff was wonderful and completely prompt with the treatment she needed, everything went well and now she is in her room. I thank the team, for everything, because the delivery was performed urgently, and they were extremely professional, I recommend it to anyone who needs it.
