Não vão a essa assistência, levei meu Iphone, voltou com o Face ID sem funcionar ( disse que tava oxidado) sendo que estava funcionando perfeitamente e vários problemas, o aparelho voltou pior!
 Terrible
Do not go to this assistance, I took my Iphone, it came back with the Face ID not working (it said it was oxidized) and it was working perfectly and several problems, the device came back worse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início ótimo atendimento, logo q descobri q danificaram meu aparelho todo por dentro inclusive colocaram um papel dentro imprensando a bateria . Tentei contato e fui super mal tratada despreparados. Uma Sra q se identifica como responsável agressiva e arrogante, que o logo indentificou o dono como advogado,dizendo q eu poderia fazer o q f9r q não ia resolver. E q não qria saber de nada. Isso aconteceu agora 14 de maio 2021
In the beginning, great service, as soon as I found out that they damaged my whole device from the inside, including putting a piece of paper inside the battery. I tried to contact and I was super badly treated unprepared. A Mrs. q identifies herself as an aggressive and arrogant responsible person, who soon identified the owner as a lawyer, saying that I could do what I was not going to solve. And I didn’t want to know anything. It happened now May 14, 2021

And it's not true kkkk the 25-minute fix, the top service surprised me, I liked it a lot. I hope you don't come back because I don't want it to break again but if by chance you want I will go again yes ? I highly recommend it...

Great place SUPER recommend they are honest and super professionals they told me that 95% of repairs last 25 minutes because they have all the parts in stock. i got there they changed the screen of my iphone 12 PRO in 25 minutes it was just time to go get a coffee.

I had a very gratifying experience with the team at this store. I needed help with a device that was not the brand they work with they were very helpful in helping me. And when asking the amount to be paid, they said that there was nothing to pay. In fact, in a world of so many opportunistic people, meeting people like that does us a lot of good. Thank you guys. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular ficou todo problemático depois que troquei a tela aí, começou a esquentar muito e parou de funcionar, fica dando aquele aviso de temperatura alta o dia todo, e agora não sai do carregador, pois não está mais carregando e nem ligando direito, e quando liga ele já descarrega na mesma hora, está inutilizável! Isso é agir de má-fé com o cliente que foi somente trocar a tela quebrada e voltou com uma tela nova, mas praticamente sem celular!! Não recomendo, não sei o que fizeram com meu Iphone, uma vez que, na hora em que a tela é trocada a gente não vê, o celular é entregue no andar de cima e é lá que é feito o serviço!
My cell phone got all problematic after I changed the screen there, it started to heat up a lot and stopped working, it keeps giving that high temperature warning all day, and now it doesn't come out of the charger, because it's not charging or turning on properly, and when you turn it on, it downloads at the same time, it's unusable! This is acting in bad faith with the customer who just changed the broken screen and came back with a new screen, but practically without a cell phone!! I don't recommend it, I don't know what they did with my iPhone, since when the screen is changed we don't see it, the cell phone is delivered upstairs and that's where the service is done!
