★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Foram fazer a visita, me cobraram 280,00 reais adiantado para comprar a peça. Paguei na boa fé e ficaram de resolver o problema no outro dia. Mais de uma semana depois eu não recebia notícias. Entrei em contato solicitando cancelamento e pedindo estorno do valor pago, agora querem estornar abatendo taxa de visita por um serviço que não foi feito por culpa de vocês. Absurdo.
Terrible experience. They went to visit, they charged me 280.00 reais in advance to buy the piece. I paid in good faith and they were able to solve the problem the other day. More than a week later I didn't get any news. I got in touch requesting cancellation and asking for a refund of the amount paid, now they want to refund it by deducting the visit fee for a service that was not done because of your fault. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Vieram fazer uma manutenção no meu fogão e após a manutenção o fogão explodiu . Liguei para empresa e até hoje não voltaram para ver o q restou do fogão nem devolveram o dinheiro. Não coloquem a vida de vocês em risco, não trabalhem com esta empresa!!!!!
Terrible attendance. They came to do maintenance on my stove and after maintenance the stove exploded. I called the company and to this day they have not returned to see what was left of the stove nor have they returned the money. Don't put your life at risk, don't work with this company!!!!!
