★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram um péssimo serviço no meu notebook, que não durou 2 dias. Me passaram um orçamento quase três vezes maior pra reparar. Como o aparelho é antigo, não achei que valeria a pena e não aprovei. Apesar da promessa de devolução do valor, estou há uma semana aguardando um simples retorno por parte da "gerência", que ainda não autorizou que meu próprio dinheiro fosse devolvido. O jeito vai ser resolver na delegacia mesmo. Uma verdadeira"derrota" de empresa.
 They did a bad job on my notebook, which didn't last 2 days. I was given an almost three times larger budget to repair. As the device is old, I didn't think it would be worth it and I didn't approve. Despite the promise to return the amount, I have been waiting for a week for a simple return from the "management", which has not yet authorized my own money to be returned. The way will be to solve it at the police station. A real "defeat" of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha um aparelho realmente mais complicado de resolver, mas meu problema não foi com não terem resolvido, e sim com a falta de comunicação.
Todas as notícias que eu tive eu que tive que ir atrás e perguntar (e mesmo assim não me respondiam direito, demoravam pra responder, não sabiam qual era o meu pedido)
O cúmulo pra mim foi não ter tido notícia nem de que não conseguiram importar a peça. Poxa, se eu não tivesse ido perguntar quanto tempo ia demorar pra saber?
Meu aparelho ficou uns dois meses com a empresa e nenhuma vez a comunicação partiu deles, NENHUMA.
Nota dois porque pelo menos peguei o dinheiro que dei de entrada de volta.
I had a device that was really more complicated to solve, but my problem was not with not having solved it, but with the lack of communication.
All the news I had I had to go after and ask (and even then they didn't answer me properly, they took a while to answer, they didn't know what my request was)
The worst thing for me was that I didn't have news or that they couldn't import the piece. Gee, if I hadn't gone to ask how long would it take to find out?
My device stayed a couple of months with the company and never once did the communication come from them, NONE.
Score two because at least I got the money I gave back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente a pior experiência que tive entre algumas lojas que pesquisei. Eles nunca te chamam no whatsapp para informar sobre a situação do problema. Você tem que sempre chamar e cobrá-los para obter o mínimo de informação. Demoram pra responder, quando você vai pessoalmente está sempre vazio, qual seria o motivo da demora? Deixei um tablet que ficou praticamente o mês todo de setembro na loja. Desmontaram inteiro e não me davam respostas concretas. Após 1 mês parado, obtive a informação de que não acharam a peça, informação que custou tempo e cobrança diária para eu obter. No final devolveram sem a canetinha do tablet onde tive que cobrar novamente e voltar ao local para buscar e advinha? Levei em outra assistência que arrumou em 2h e eles me informaram que estava sem a gaveta do chip. Pois eu não tinha percebido. Até o presente momento não obtenho respostas no whatsapp para pegar essa outra peça que deixaram lá na loja. Simplesmente o pior atendimento que já tive.
Simply the worst experience I have had among some stores I researched. They never call you on whatsapp to inform you about the problem situation. You have to always call and bill them to get the least amount of information. It takes a while to answer, when you go in person it's always empty, what would be the reason for the delay? I left a tablet that stayed practically the entire month of September in the store. They dismounted in one piece and gave me no concrete answers. After 1 month stopped, I got the information that they didn't find the part, information that cost time and daily charge for me to obtain. In the end they returned it without the tablet pen, where I had to charge again and go back to the place to get it and guess what? I took it in another assistance that fixed it in 2h and they informed me that it was without the chip drawer. Because I hadn't noticed. So far I don't get answers on whatsapp to pick up this other piece they left there in the store. Simply the worst service I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei ainda um notebooks p conserto, demorou demais, não tinha peças tmb modelo antigo, do sobrinho, mas na av da m rua tem a carcaça do modelo acer., mas eles tem todo esquema, dão papel etc. O computador que e velho demais, estava compressa se tivesse paciência deixaria lá ate encontro de peças.valeu e uma loja prox boa enfim tem atentendes educados, fui bem tratada.
I also took a notebook for repair, it took too long, there were no old model parts, the nephew's, but on the av da m rua there is the acer model carcass. The computer, which is too old, was compressed, if I had the patience, I would leave it there until I find parts. Thanks and a good nearby store, it finally has polite attendants, I was well treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO leve seu notebook ou PC para arrumar neste lugar! São pessoas desonestas, que agem de má fé.
Eu levei meu notebook com o microfone funcionando perfeitamente, era para eles consertarem apenas as peças que seguram a tela. Eles quebraram meu microfone, não falaram nada, se recusam a admitir, ainda bem que eu tive uma reunião na mesma semana e percebi que estava quebrado. Fui obrigada a entrar no Procon pois eles me obrigaram a pagar o microfone que ELES quebraram. Da para ver claramente onde o técnico quebrou na hora de consertar a tela. fazer o cliente passar por todo um estresse e frustação desnecessários. E a garantia de 3 meses?? não serve de absolutamente nada.
DO NOT take your notebook or PC with you in this place! They are dishonest people who act in bad faith.
I took my notebook with the microphone working perfectly, they were supposed to fix only the parts that hold the screen. They broke my microphone, said nothing, refused to admit it, thank goodness I had a meeting the same week and realized it was broken. I was forced to join Procon because they forced me to pay for the microphone THEY broke. You can clearly see where the technician broke when fixing the screen. make the customer go through all the unnecessary stress and frustration. And the 3 month warranty?? it is of no use at all.

I took my notebook to get fixed at this location, and they mounted it wrong only to charge more... I took it to another trusted professional, think carefully before taking it to this location!

Fui em 3 lugares e nenhum deles conseguiu resolver e ABC Smarth foi quem resolveu, sem falar no atendimento super atenciosos educados. I highly recommend. It was the only place that fixed my cell phone problem. I went to 3 places and none of them managed to solve it and ABC Smarth was the one who solved it, not to mention the super attentive polite service. I fixed the button on my cell phone, it didn't even take a month it stopped working again. Update: We took it back to fix it on the 11th. We picked it up on the 13th. On the 14th it wasn't working again
