Solicitei a devolução do meu dinheiro, uma vez que o problema não foi solucionado e precisei procurar outro profissional para realizar o concerto, mas foi só mais uma mensagem ignorada pelo técnico.

Terrible!!! We paid for the replacement of the part that was supposed to have a problem. The refrigerator continued to malfunction, I tried several new Contacts for him to try to solve, and I didn't get any feedback from the professional.
I asked for my money back, since the problem was not solved and I had to look for another professional to perform the repair, but it was just another message ignored by the technician.
