★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel. Agendei com técnico a ida dele pra verificar o fogão da minha mãe. Ele confirmou a ida e nao apareceu. Perguntei varias vezea se ele ia fazer a visita e nem me deu confianca. Enfim, experiencia horrivel.
Horrible. I scheduled his visit with a technician to check my mother's stove. He confirmed the trip and didn't show up. I asked him several times if he was going to visit and he didn't even trust me. Anyway, horrible experience.

They came and unregulated the whole stove, I've been asking for days to come back to at least leave it as it was, the gas doesn't last even 20 days now. Unfortunately.
