O atendimento foi rápido porem o processo foi demorado precisei ir la três vezes para receber o aparelho,pois o telefone deles não funcionavam

Se puder achar um outro local pra consertar seus produtos, procure... Porque o atendimento deste estabelecimento é realmente péssimo! Uma enrolação muito grande... Me venderam uma fonte para o meu iphone que toda vez que estava conectada, travava... Levei lá, a atendente demorou uma eternidade pra entender e concordar com o que estava acontecendo... Aí me disse que era porque esta era homologada e não original... Me disse que uma original estava 139 reais... eu achei um absurdo, mas concordei em pagar porque preciso usar o celular... Aí ela me disse que eu tinha que pagar uma parte do dinheiro porque precisava pra ele pegar logo em são paulo... Contrariada, concordei... Paguei 45 reais. No dia seguinte chego lá, e ela disse que ele ainda não havia pegado... E se eu concordava em pagar 170 reais, pra ele conseguir pegar mais rápido... Eu não acreditei, mas como precisava pra logo, concordei.. Acabei demorando pra pegar, e cheguei lá só depois de 2 semanas... Cheguei lá, a atendente disse que não sabia se ia conseguir a fonte, porque o rapaz já havia saído, sendo que cheguei com o estabelecimento ainda aberto e no horário comercial. Reclamei... Aí chega a outra atendente, que não sabia nada da história e me diz que o preço da fonte era 180 reais... Aí, surtei! E claro, com a máxima razão, porque eu estava no meu direito... E a atendente nova ainda olha pra minha cara, como se eu é que estivesse errada e me diz para me acalmar...??? Daí a outra atendente diz que tinha combinado que eu pagaria 170 reais... Daí na hora de pagar a outra diz que eu precisava pagar 130 reais...??? Eu disse: "Como??? Estou com o recibo aqui de 45 reais!!!" Só aí a atendente nova concorda em me dar a fonte... Saio sem agradecer e ela diz: "De nada... Como se estivesse pra lá de certa... Vou fazer uma reclamação no procon por escrito, e vocês vão ter que me explicar o porque dessa enrolação toda e o por que de terem me atendido pessimamente e terem me obrigado a pagar 170 reais, quase 180 reais numa fonte de iphone 5s!!

Horrível!!! Não realizem concerto com eles, para o seu bem!! Atendimento péssimo, não concertam o seu problema, vão te causar mais problemas.

Nota 0, minha mãe levou o celular dela para trocar o alto falante e voltou do mesmo jeito, se recusaram a devolver o dinheiro, estou entrando com uma ação no Procon.

Nota 0 para esse estabelecimento, meu pai foi com o celular com tela quebrada, o cara falou que garantia o concerto, trocamos a tela e o aparelho começou a apresentar problemas funcionais, chuviscos na tela e mal funcionamento. Voltamos na assistência e o técnico falou que era problema na placa, concordamos em trocar a placa e o problema persistiu. Quando voltamos lá voltaram a falar que era problema na tela e quiseram cobrar uma outra tela, a responsável pelo estabelecimento foi super grosseira e recusou o ressarcimento. Não recomendo pra ninguém, péssimo local.

We went back to assistance and the technician said it was a problem with the plate, we agreed to change the plate and the problem persisted. When we got back there they said that it was a problem on the screen and wanted to charge another screen, the person in charge of the establishment was super rude and refused the reimbursement. I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible location.

Horrível. Me arrependi de não ter lido os comentários antes. Celular entrou com 1 problema e saiu com 2. Não tiveram a decência de coonsertar o erro e quiseram cobrar a mais. Não tive coragem de deixar novamente. Falta de ética. Pra mim isso é golpista. Bando de pilantras
