★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que o responsável pelo local poderia Especificar o tipo de trabalho que ele realiza para o caso de quando não conseguirmos contato não perdermos tempo/dinheiro nos deslocando até o local para somente in loco sermos informados:
1. De que o horário colocado aqui para o Google não condiz com o de Real Atendimento;
2. Ele NÃO REALIZA assistência para Impressoras e Celulares.
3. Conforme observações anteriores, continua Não Atendendo no Telefone de Contato cadastrado!
** Não sei a partir De Que Horas está começando o expediente, mas "na Pandemia" está Parando às 15h!
I believe that the person in charge of the site could specify the type of work he does in case when we cannot get in touch we do not waste time / money traveling to the site so that we can only be informed on the spot:
1. That the schedule posted here for Google does not match that of Real Atendimento;
2. It DOES NOT PERFORM assistance for Printers and Cell Phones.
3. According to previous observations, it still does not answer the registered Contact Phone!
** I don't know from what time the office hours are starting, but "in Pandemic" it is stopping at 3pm!

I couldn't get along with the phone service. I prefer face-to-face service. It was very difficult. And under warranty they do not provide an address for face-to-face service. It was a drug. End of the joke, my scanner doesn't work and I have no papa to complain about. HP grade ZERO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authorized HP repair shop. It's located on the 2nd floor of the office building. Max (the repair technician) was very helpful and repaired my laptop within a week. You can park in the underground parking which the fee will be waived when you get a signature with Max.
