★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não contem com o técnico de aquecedor, chega olha diz que esta tudo bem, cobra a visita e vai embora. O aquecedor foi consertado por outra empresa no dia seguinte (Estava com o diafragma furado). Furado mesmo é o serviço desta empresa.

Três dias depois ficamos sem aquecedor de novo. Ligamos diversas vezes e só promessas, vou hoje, vou amanhã e nada. Educação 10, serviço ZERO.

Pedi o conserto de um aquecedor bosch e o mesmo trocou algumas peças, mas nao deu certo e pifou de vez: ficou vazando agua por dentro e queimou o painel eletrico de vez. Fui tirar da tomada e levei choque. Um perigo.
O mesmo combinou de instalar outro aquecedor mas colocou um a exaustao natural dentro do meu banheiro que tem só uns 4 m2, ou seja totalmente fora das recomendacoes, provocando risco de vida. Alem disso cobrou um preço fora do combinado.
Pedi um bombeiro hidraulico para consertar um vazamento entre o vaso e a parede e o mesmo consertou o da parede, mas quando da descarga passou a vazar pelo chao alagando todo meu banheiro. Uma tragedia.
Fiquei no prejuizo e desgastada, pelo menos ele me devolveu o dinheiro e agora vou ver com outro local.
Outro problema tambem foi a questão da pontualidade. Eu ficava o dia todo esperando e ele nunca vinha no horario combinado.
