★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular pra trocar módulo em 28/11/19 em 11/02/20 apresentou problema, liguei pra informar e me falaram que a garantia de 2 meses já havia expirado, que o problema era no módulo portanto precisaria substituir mas não cobriam o prejuízo.
A peça que comprei segundo me informou é original e ainda assim apresentou problema.
Levei em outra assistência e me falaram que o módulo que foi montado no meu celular já era usado e estava danificado.
Resumindo fiquei com o prejuízo então essa loja apresenta um serviço de péssima qualidade e não respeita o cliente.
I took my cell phone to change the module on 11/28/19 on 11/02/20 it presented a problem, I called to inform and they told me that the 2 month warranty had already expired, that the problem was in the module so I would need to replace it but it did not cover the loss.
The piece I bought as you informed me is original and still had a problem.
I took in another assistance and I was told that the module that was mounted on my cell phone was already used and was damaged.
In short I was at a loss so this store offers a poor quality service and does not respect the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem compromisso nenhum com prazo, demorou 4 dias em algo que, segundo ele, levaria no máximo 2. Levei meu cell porque não estava carregando. Depois do conserto, ele não carrega mais além de 89%, reclamei, ele só respondeu que isso pode ser "n" motivos e não tem obrigação de reparar, sendo que esse problema não existia antes do conserto. Além disso tudo, antes do serviço, ele me disse que a garantia era de 2 meses, após o conserto, reduziu pra 1 mês (no mínimo suspeito). Não recomendo esse lugar, só vai te dar dor de cabeça.
Without any commitment to deadline, it took 4 days in something that, according to him, would take a maximum of 2. I took my cell because it wasn't charging. After the repair, it doesn't charge more than 89%, I complained, he just replied that this could be "n" reasons and he has no obligation to repair it, as this problem did not exist before the repair. Besides everything, before the service, he told me that the warranty was for 2 months, after the repair, it was reduced to 1 month (at least suspicious). I don't recommend this place, it will only give you a headache.
