★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho a MS Tecnologia como parceira para manutenção de notebooks de empresas nos quais eu atendo e eles já recuperaram notebooks que em outros lugares davam como causa perdida. São bem atenciosos e possuem um trabalho exemplar e profissional. Os únicos problemas que tive com eles era em relação ao agendamento, mas eram uma questão logística com os meus clientes e eles não tiveram culpa. O preço praticado considero justo considerando nosso novo padrão econômico.
I have MS Tecnologia as a partner for the maintenance of notebooks for companies I work with and they have already recovered notebooks that elsewhere were considered lost. They are very attentive and have an exemplary and professional work. The only problems I had with them were scheduling, but it was a logistical issue with my clients and they weren't to blame. The price I consider fair considering our new economic standard.

Vc manda mensagem no whats, nao te respondem ou respondem horas depois, como se vc tivesse o dia todo disponível para eles. O sr Marcos é irônico. Infelizmente acreditei nos comentários aqui do Google, certamente de amigos e colegas do prédio onde fica o estabelecimento.
disorganized. They only work by appointment, but you arrive on time and they don't. You send a message on whats, they don't answer you or they answer hours later, as if you had all day available for them. Mr Marcos is ironic. Unfortunately, I believed the comments here from Google, certainly from friends and colleagues from the building where the establishment is located.

Indico de olhos fechados. Levei um notebook com um possível problema no visor e o Marcos avaliou que não era problema no visor e sim uma limpeza no conector. A transparência e profissionalismo é sensacional.
Levei um desktop que não entrava na BIOS e o Marcos resolveu o problema.
Indico e quando precisar, voltarei com certeza.
Professionalism, Receptiveness and Transparency
I indicate with eyes closed. I took a notebook with a possible problem with the display and Marcos evaluated that it was not a problem with the display, but a cleaning in the connector. The transparency and professionalism is sensational.
I took a desktop that did not enter the BIOS and Marcos solved the problem.
I recommend and when I need it, I will come back for sure.
