ApĂłs vĂĄrios telefonemas e algumas visitas ao local reconheceram o erro, o valor do reparo foi reembolsado e o equipamento devolvido.
I had serious problems repairing a Karcher pressure washer where they replaced good parts of my used machine with worse ones. I did not expect this from any workshop, let alone authorized manufacturer service.
After several phone calls and a few site visits acknowledged the error, the repair amount was refunded and the equipment returned.
