★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo que chegamos já fiquei feliz pela quantidade de vagas de estacionamento logo na frente do estabelecimento
Assim que entrei fui surpreendido, uma loja muito bonita e bem completa, era tudo que eu precisava.
Fomos recebido por uma recepcionista com um sorriso, fomos bem orientados a respeito do problema do celular da minha esposa, perguntaram se essa nossa primeira visita no lugar, explicaram como funcionava e também em relação a garantia, já que minha esposa havia derrubado o celular dela na água e a garantia infelizmente não cobria esse tipo de "mal uso".
Fomos atendidos rapidamente, os funcionários da assistência me parecia entender bem do assunto, deixando bem claro, as chances de conserto do celular.
Eu particularmente gostei muito do serviço, não gastei muito para o conserto e foi uma das melhores assistências que já fui. Desde o atendimento, agilidade e conhecimento na área.
O preço está na média das outras assistências, e gostei muito da qualidade da tela nova que colocaram, sem dúvidas é original, diferente dos outros lugares que paguei por uma coisa e recebi outra.

As soon as I entered I was surprised, a very beautiful and very complete store was all I needed.
We were greeted by a receptionist with a smile, we were well advised about my wife's cell phone problem, asked if this was our first visit to the place, explained how it worked and also about the warranty as my wife had dropped her cell phone in water and the warranty unfortunately did not cover such "misuse".
We were answered quickly, the staff of the assistance seemed to me well understand the subject, making clear, the chances of repairing the phone.
I particularly enjoyed the service, didn't spend much on repair and it was one of the best assists I've ever been. From service, agility and knowledge in the area.
The price is average of the other assists, and I really liked the quality of the new screen that they put, no doubt it is original, different from the other places I paid for one thing and received another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para trocar a tela traseira e estou com outro problema. Me falaram que tela era original e quiseram me empurrar uma de plástico dizendo que era de vidro... não aceitei... agora alegam que jogaram a traseira do celular fora e eu tenho que pagar pela de plástico. E ainda mandaram eu ir na unidade prox. da Gal carneiro para resolver, sendo que eu deixei meu celular na unidade do Alto da Boa Vista. Não indico para ninguém...péssimo atendimento e serviço prestado.
I took my cell phone to change the back screen and I have another problem. They told me that the screen was original and they wanted to push me a plastic one saying it was glass... I didn't accept it... now they claim they threw the back of the cell phone away and I have to pay for the plastic one. And they even told me to go to the prox unit. from Gal carneiro to solve, and I left my cell phone in the Alto da Boa Vista unit. I don't recommend it to anyone...poor service and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o Xaomi do meu esposo para orçamento, eles deram 5 dias úteis pra dar um retorno... achei estranho tanto tempo para dar uma análise no celular...depois descobri que eles pegam o celular e levam em uma outra assistência mais competente pra arrumar e cobra em cima do serviço feito por outra assistência, levei eles falaram que era o software e seria R$ 490,00 o custo do software valor que eles iam cobrar sobre o valor correto da assistencia que iria cobrar R$ 180,00, pura enganação essa loja.
I took my husband's Xaomi for a quote, they gave him 5 working days to give me a return... I thought it was strange so long to give an analysis on my cell phone...then I found out that they take the cell phone and take it to another more competent assistance. tidy up and charge on top of the service done by another assistance, I took them and said it was the software and it would be BRL 490.00 the cost of the software, which they would charge on the correct amount of assistance, which would charge BRL 180.00, sheer deception this store.

Levei meu celular pra consertar apenas dois pontos:
1. Alguns pontinhos de sujeira que estavam aparecendo da minha câmera (tinha quebrado o vidro de proteção e acabou sujando por ter deixado a lente exposta);
2. Vibração do celular que tinha parado de funcionar.
Me informaram que esse reparo só poderia ser feito se fosse trocada a tampa traseira do celular porque pra acessar a câmera era necessário remover a tampa traseira original e essa seria provavelmente estilhaçada (e realmente foi). Concordei com isso e deixei o celular pro serviço ser realizado pois nesse primeiro contato tudo parecia muito fácil, tudo tranquilo de se fazer e com preço bom.
Quando voltei pra buscar o celular começou a bagunça... Os reparos que precisavam ser feitos não foram feitos, somente a tampa traseira foi trocada (Que por sinal, não é original e nem a cor é igual). Quem me atendeu já não estava mais lá então só pude fazer a reclamação pra uma outra pessoa (que foi bastante mal educada, inclusive) e me passou uma versão do que foi realizado; Logo depois um técnico veio conversar comigo e me passou outra versão e, por fim, uma terceira moça veio conversar comigo e me passou uma nova versão.
Em resumo: Paguei por um problema que não foi resolvido, fui maltratado e me senti enganado. Não recomendo a ninguém e reforço o conselho: Passe longe dessa loja!

I took my cell phone to fix only two points:
1. Some specks of dirt that were appearing from my camera (I had broken the protective glass and ended up getting dirty because I left the lens exposed);
2. Vibration from cell phone that had stopped working.
I was informed that this repair could only be done if the phone's back cover was changed because to access the camera it was necessary to remove the original back cover and it would probably be shattered (and it really was). I agreed with that and left the cell phone for the service to be performed because in this first contact everything seemed very easy, everything was easy to do and at a good price.
When I went back to get the cell phone, the mess started... The repairs that needed to be done were not made, only the back cover was changed (Which by the way, is not original and neither the color is the same). Whoever attended me was no longer there, so I could only complain to someone else (who was quite rude, even) and gave me a version of what was done; Soon after, a technician came to talk to me and gave me another version and, finally, a third girl came to talk to me and gave me a new version.
In summary: I paid for a problem that was not resolved, I was mistreated and felt cheated. I don't recommend it to anyone and I reinforce the advice: Pass away from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você chega com o celular para reparo tudo parece muito simples e fácil de resolver depois que você deixa o celular tudo muda!! Atendimento péssimo loja nenhum pouco honesta, não cumprem com o combinado!

When you arrive with the cell phone for repair everything seems very simple and easy to fix after you leave the cell phone everything changes!! Terrible service store not at all honest, they do not comply with the agreed!
