★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um conserto na minha gadeira e vieram,isso no dia 16 /06/2021...a msm parou dia 07, com o msm problema...no dia 8 ligamos lá e a moça disse ter agendado pro dia 9... Ao apareceu ninguém e hoje é sábado,dia 10 e a loja não abre,só abrirá dia 12...estou com as coisas estragado na geladeira...ainda pedimos pro técnico dividir o valor do conserto e ele passou a vista...um erro seguido de outro...não recomendo...
 I requested a repair to my wheel and they came, that on 06/16/2021...the msm stopped on the 7th, with the msm problem...on the 8th we called there and the lady said she was scheduled for the 9th... No one showed up and today is Saturday, the 10th and the store doesn't open, it will only open on the 12th...I have things spoiled in the fridge...we still asked the technician to divide the repair fee and he passed it on... one mistake followed by another... I don't recommend...

I highly recommend it, I had the fridge and the washing machine showing defects in the same week, the appointment was quick, with empathy and speed. I received at my house the technicians who respected the hygiene protocols, fair price and quality adjustment, thank you very much! O técnico além de finalizar com sucesso e solucionar a questão, desde o atendimento inicial até o reparo final foram atenciosos e pontuais. Indicarei para meus conhecidos, afinal nos dias de hoje um atendimento satisfatório realmente é muito raro. Obrigada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após ter uma tremenda decepção com a assistência técnica especializada da Samsung em SBC, Samsung Service Center, decidi não contratar mais os serviços da mesma e procurei outra empresa para realizar o reparo na minha geladeira. Entrei em contato com a assistência técnica ABC e fui prontamente atendida por uma profissional simpática que agendou a visita do técnico, que foi em minha residência no mesmo dia e após ter sido contratado o serviço, o realizou com profissionalismo no dia seguinte. Resolveu meu problema sem me causar qualquer estresse, foram pontuais e estou muito satisfeita com o serviço prestado.
After having a tremendous disappointment with Samsung's specialized technical assistance at SBC, Samsung Service Center, I decided not to hire their services anymore and looked for another company to carry out the repair on my refrigerator. I contacted ABC technical assistance and was promptly attended by a friendly professional who scheduled the technician's visit, who came to my home on the same day and, after the service was hired, performed it professionally the next day. Solved my problem without causing me any stress, they were punctual and I am very satisfied with the service provided.
