FALTA DE RESPEITO
Bad service at the reception.
It takes a long time (from 3 hours onwards) to take the dismissal / admission exams.

Terrible attendance. I tried to take the resignation exam with my digital CNH and it was not possible because they needed a physical document. They couldn't explain the reasons, they just said they can't
