Hoje, liguei para o celular que consta no site, mas ninguém atende. Vou, novamente, para JERI em outubro/21 e queria informações atualizadas. Esse é o problema da Associação -- dificilmente atendem ao telefone. Deveriam ter mais atenção para com os usuários da Associação, ou então instalarem um telefone fixo no posto de atendimento. O celular (88)99629-0869 dificilmente é atendido. Enviei uma mensagem por zap, ontem, mas também não responderam. Falta de atenção!!!
I went to JERI about 4 years ago. Luckily, when passing by the drivers' station, I hired one of the guides -- excellent, by the way. However, I no longer remember the name. Today, I called the cell phone on the website, but no one answers. I'm going, again, to JERI in October/21 and wanted updated information. That's the problem with the Association -- they hardly ever answer the phone. They should pay more attention to the Association's users, or install a landline at the service point. The cell phone (88)99629-0869 is hardly answered. I sent a message via zap yesterday, but they didn't respond either. Lack of attention!!!
